With 25 years of nursing experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the healthcare field. I have recently developed a passion and specializing in lymphatic drainage and body contouring. Having worked in a variety of clinical settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the body’s intricate systems and the powerful impact of integrated therapies on overall health and well-being.
Over the course of the last 6 years i’ve also developed a deep passion for a more natural and holistic approach to integrative healthcare and client wellness which has driven the pursuit of specialized skills in lymphatic drainage and body contouring. By combining these therapies with traditional healthy lifestyle practices, I offer clients a well-rounded approach to healing that fosters both physical and mental well-being.
Believing strongly in the synergy between conventional medicine and complementary therapies, i’m committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health by offering personalized treatment plans that support the body’s natural processes. Through these integrative techniques, i’m dedicated to encourage and empower clients to take an active role in their health, improve their quality of life, and achieve sustainable wellness goals…and most of all feel better in their skin!
